Welcome to In Bloom

IN BLOOM is a culinary laboratory and a full on-site VEGAN / PLANT BASED 

cooking school in Barcelona.​

We offer a variety of thematic courses with around12 DIFFERENT RECIPES PER COURSE, that will be prepared and enjoyed between all the participants, a complete 4 HOUR EXPERIENCE!​

 

We speak CATALAN, SPANISH, ENGLISH and GERMAN, and you can book a private experience in your preferred language.​

Enjoy the exciting world of cooking with plants, and learn how to create delicious and mind blowing dishes with natural products and innovative culinary technics.

Im Laura Bonet. 

I am a vegan cook who, for the last 10 years, lived in Hamburg, Germany, learned from the best vegan chefs, and worked in some of the most groundbreaking vegan restaurants in town.

 

My dream is to teach the recipes, that I have gathered in all these years. In each of my courses I will be right by your side, giving you tips and helping you realise how rich the plant based cusine, from around the world, can be!
